Empower your team with the skills to safely manage and prevent challenging behavior. This one-day, interactive workshop, led by a certified CPI trainer, will equip educators, administrators, and support staff with proven strategies to de-escalate crisis situations, reduce workplace violence, and create a safer, more supportive learning environment.
Participants Will Learn:
Recognizing early warning signs of escalating behavior
Effective verbal and nonverbal de-escalation techniques
Personal safety skills to reduce the risk of harm
Strategies for building a culture of care and respect
Post-crisis recovery and support methods
