PROCUREMENT SHOPPING
The SIEC supports our members looking for the best pricing to save you money. We now have two purchasing systems available, both working to get you deep discounts and with bids that follow the bidding requirements of the Indiana State Board of Accounts. We encourage you to be set-up in both systems in order for you to compare products and pricing to help you stretch your funds as far as possible.
ECPA
The Educational Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (ECPA) is a collaborative alliance between eight Indiana education service centers dedicated to streamlining the purchasing process for member school districts.

Our purchasing team actively works to remove barriers for schools by vetting top vendors, simplifying the procurement process while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.

With a focus on quality, customer service, and cost efficiency, ECPA empowers districts to leverage collective buying power, securing top-quality goods and services at significantly reduced costs through vetted contracts. By working with ECPA, schools can stretch every dollar, maximize efficiency, and ensure compliance.
IAESC
IAESC procurement helps schools stretch every dollar further while simplifying the purchasing process. By leveraging cooperative buying power, IAESC secures competitively bid contracts that meet SBOA compliance requirements, saving schools time, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring transparency. From classroom supplies to large-scale services, IAESC provides trusted vendors (over 140) and streamlined access to quality products—so educators and schools can focus more on students and less on paperwork.
