Virtual On Demand Learning
SIEC’s Virtual and On-Demand Learning experiences are designed as asynchronous, online opportunities that can be used by individual educators or implemented collaboratively within a school or across a district. Each offering includes guidance and optional protocols to support principals, instructional leaders, and teacher leaders in facilitating shared learning.

We believe professional learning is most effective when educators have time to engage with new ideas, apply learning in practice, and reflect with colleagues. This approach allows schools and districts to create more sustained, meaningful learning experiences that support consistency and growth over time, whether learning happens within one building or across multiple schools.

At the core of every virtual learning experience SIEC develops is a simple question: What will help schools grow in the most effective and efficient way? With that purpose in mind, we design learning that respects educator time, supports collaboration, and leads to practical change in classrooms and schools.

All SIEC On Demand Videos are owned by the Southern Indiana Education Center and should not be used for profit.

As of June 1, 2020, all videos will be available through a contracted agreement between a school district or building and the Southern Indiana Education Center. Please contact the SIEC for more information.

On Demand Videos are created to provide asynchronous professional learning. All resources accompanying the videos are purposefully included. Reflection tools are included to help document the session as necessary.
