Work-Based Learning Alliance (Monthly Virtuals)

The ESCI Work-Based Learning Alliance is a statewide virtual network designed to support educators navigating Indiana’s new diploma requirements and the evolving work-based learning landscape.

Monthly meetings will connect work-based learning coordinators, counselors, CTE leaders, administrators, and other educators with state agencies, field experts, practical resources, and colleagues from across Indiana. Sessions will focus on timely guidance, shared challenges, real-world problem-solving, and promising practices that help schools build meaningful, sustainable work-based learning systems.

Topics will include WBL and INTERS, agriculture pathways, accountability, EARN Indiana, Department of Labor guidance, the development of new pathways, and other emerging needs.
