WBL for School Districts: Cohort 2

This cohort supports school districts in building and improving sustainable work-based learning (WBL) systems through a partnership with GPS Education Partners. With expert coaching and real-world implementation support, districts engage in a structured design process to strengthen career pathways, integrate employer feedback, and align to Indiana’s graduation requirements. The cohort blends strategic planning, system mapping, and regional collaboration to create meaningful WBL experiences for students. Teams should include district and building administrators, counselors, & lead educators.
