The Future-Ready Educator Certification is a year-long professional learning experience designed for middle and high school teachers ready to transform their classrooms into purpose-driven, student-centered spaces where relevance, identity, and engagement thrive.
Through three dynamic in-person sessions and ongoing coaching support, participants will explore how to embed real-world learning, student interest, and reflective metacognition into daily instruction. Using the RIASEC framework as a shared language, educators will design experiences that connect classroom content to life outcomes—aligning to Indiana’s new diploma seals, durable skills, and future-ready competencies.
This certification is ideal for:
Classroom educators (grades 6–12, adaptable for K–12)
