Principal & Assistant Principal PLN

Join fellow principals and assistant principals for our 2024-25 SIEC Principal PLN, a space to connect, share insights, and tackle the challenges of school leadership together. This year, we’re bringing back in-person sessions at the SIEC office in Jasper, with the option for virtual meetings based on participant interest. Whether you’re a veteran leader or just starting your journey, these sessions are designed to foster open dialogue, problem-solving, and shared growth.

Session Format: From 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, all elementary and secondary principals and assistant principals are invited to gather for a collaborative networking session. This time will include lunch, providing a relaxed setting to build connections, share best practices, and discuss pressing challenges.

From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, we will continue with our New Principal PLN, an exclusive session for leaders with 0-3 years of experience. After a highly successful first year, we’re excited to continue supporting early-career leaders through focused mentorship, practical guidance, and peer support.

Networking Details:

• Dates: October 9, 2025 and February 24, 2026

• Time: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST (All Principals and Assistant Principals) - Lunch included

• New Principal PLN: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (For leaders with 0-3 years of experience)

• Location: SIEC, 1102 Tree Lane Drive, Jasper, IN 47546

• Fee: SIEC Member - $40 per session/Non-member $65

• Other Details:

  • Please bring a laptop computer so online resources can be accessed.

  • A catered lunch will be provided.

  • Participants will receive Professional Growth Points.

  • Deadline to register is 2 weeks before each networking session.
