Everyone Needs a Coach (Even Coaches)!

Collaboration! Whether you are an elementary, secondary, or specialized area coach, you can learn from and support each other. Maybe you are looking to update your vision for coaching in your building; maybe you are looking for new instructional strategies; maybe you are looking for ways to analyze and use data; or maybe you are just looking for a support network!

Networking Topics May Include:

• Coaching models

• Instructional practices

• Coach/admin partnership

• Working with adult learners

• Coaching cycles

• Scheduling

• Problem solving

This group is designed for ALL K-12 Instructional Coaches. (If you are a NEW instructional coach, please also join the SIEC Coaches Collaborative!)

• Dates: 

  • 2025- September 4th & November 13th

  • 2026- February 26th & April 2nd

• Time: 9:00 am - 11:30 am EST

• Location: SIEC, 1102 Tree Lane Drive, Jasper, IN 47546

• Fee: SIEC Member - $40 per session/Non-member $65

• Other Details:

  • Please bring a laptop computer so online resources can be accessed.

  • Participants will receive Professional Growth Points.

  • Deadline to register is 2 weeks before each networking session.
