About the event
This workshop is designed for K-2 educators and literacy leaders ready to move beyond understanding the why of data to mastering the how. Participants will leave with practical systems, tools, and habits that make timely, prescriptive literacy data actionable - both in individual classrooms and across entire buildings.
Participants will:
Build a clear K-2 literacy data cycle
Analyze real student work to pinpoint instructional next steps
Design fluid, skill-based grouping systems that respond to mastery
Create fast, effective data protocols for PLCs
Develop an implementation plan for their building or district
