About the event

Elementary principals carry the responsibility of shaping the systems, culture, and instructional direction of an entire school. This effort will create a trusted space for principals across the region to connect with others in similar roles, learn from one another, and grow together as leaders.

Participants will level set their greatest needs and explore practical tools, indicators, systems, and leadership protocols that support informed decision-making and stronger schools. They will also have dedicated time to collaborate, think through challenges, and develop plans that fit their schools. More than a series of meetings, this is the beginning of a strong, supportive regional network that builds agency and ownership and helps principals grow in confidence, credibility, and resilience as they guide their teachers and lead their schools forward.

SIEC has taken special care to select talented, amazing, proven leaders from around the state to guide collaborative work and time together.  We have set several virtual and in person meeting dates for the 2026-2027 school year.

NOTE- We have made it easy for everyone to register by combining all networking dates into one registration form. If you select multiple dates on your registration form, SIEC will automatically add your names to those events—no need to submit any additional forms.
