Elementary Assistant Principals, Dean of Students, & Supporting Leaders PLN

Leadership can feel especially complex when your role spans student needs, staff support, school culture, discipline, and daily problem-solving. This PLN will bring together elementary assistant principals, deans of students, directors of student services, and others serving in similar leadership roles across the region.

Participants will have dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and learn from colleagues who understand the dynamics of their work. Together, they will level set their greatest needs, share ideas, and develop practical systems, tools, and protocols they can use within their schools. Through shared learning and collective problem-solving, leaders will strengthen their agency and ownership while building the confidence, credibility, and resilience needed to make informed decisions and become even better leaders.

NOTE- We have made it easy for everyone to register by combining all networking dates into one registration form. If you select multiple dates on your registration form, SIEC will automatically add your names to those events—no need to submit any additional forms.

• Time: 9:30am - 12:30 pm EST in person events ; 9:30am-10:15am EST virtual events

• Fee: SIEC Member - $40 per session/Non-member $65

  • Please bring a laptop computer so online resources can be accessed.

  • A catered lunch will be provided.

  • Participants will receive Professional Growth Points.

  • Deadline to register is 2 weeks before each networking session.
