This workshop is designed for school leaders ready to reimagine professional development as a catalyst for staff empowerment, instructional growth, and culture transformation.

Whether you’re a new principal, transitioning into a new building, or ready to disrupt outdated systems, this session equips you to lead with vision, clarity, and purpose. Participants will assess their current PD structures, identify key areas for change, and build an actionable plan rooted in strategy and aligned to their school’s goals.

Throughout the day, we will explore effective professional learning models, learn how to design a yearlong plan that balances initiatives with implementation, and create systems that empower teachers as co-leaders in professional learning.

This workshop isn’t about filling calendars, but building momentum. You’ll leave with the tools and a customized plan to make professional learning meaningful, measurable, and mission-aligned at your school building.

• Design a vision-aligned, future-focused PD plan tailored to their building

• Implement structures that drive meaningful teacher growth and sustained impact

• Build systems for teacher-led professional learning that foster shared ownership and culture change
