About the event
In today’s rapidly changing world, students need more than academic knowledge. They need clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of who they are. At the same time, teachers need support, renewal, and practical strategies to create classrooms that are relevant, resilient, and inclusive.
This full-day workshop helps middle and high school educators reimagine their classrooms as spaces where students discover purpose and educators thrive with intention. Through student-centered instructional design and human-centered practices, participants will explore how to align curriculum, classroom culture, and behavior support in ways that foster meaningful learning, strong relationships, and educator well-being.
Through hands-on reflection, collaborative planning, and ready-to-use tools, participants will leave with a clear and personalized plan to create learning environments that build engagement, reduce stress, and connect learning to life.
Participants Will:
Design purpose-driven instruction that reflects student identity, interests, and real-world relevance
Use the RIASEC framework to support career exploration and future-ready learning
Build classroom environments that foster belonging, emotional safety, and student voice
Apply proactive behavior strategies that supports all learners
Explore mindfulness, energy management, and boundaries to support educator wellness
Strengthen classroom culture with empathy, equity, and restorative practices
