ReadyTeach: Principled Practice (Prerequisite Microcredential)

Learning Intentions: 1. Understand how to design physical or digital classroom spaces that directly align with academic units and promote a positive learning culture 2. Learn how to leverage targeted micro-goal setting within co-teaching roles to foster personal instructional growth and boost student engagement. Success Criteria: 1: I can design a student work showcase or informational bulletin board (or other mentor-approved physical addition that promotes positive classroom culture), capturing the process through photographs and writing an analytical summary of its pedagogical alignment. 2: I can establish, document, and fulfill two mentor-approved micro-goals supported by video evidence of my instruction inside the classroom.
