Katy Beck is an Education Specialist at SIEC, where she leads regional work in career-connected learning, work-based learning, and professional development for educators and administrators. With a background in instructional design and educational technology, Katy co-leads the development of SIEC’s Career Certification initiatives, helping schools create student-centered systems that prepare students not just for graduation, but for meaningful, impactful futures. She is passionate about empowering teachers and leaders to inspire purpose-driven learning and create classrooms where every student can thrive.
