The SIEC Career Specialist Pathway is one of two state-approved programs in Indiana. The SIEC program is a personalized program that ensures candidate preparation for the formative first weeks in the classroom and individualized coaching throughout the duration of the program. The SIEC is committed to not only providing coursework, but rather a strong foundation to develop exceptional teachers who are prepared, satisfied and happy as a teaching professional.
