Risk Funding Trust (ESCRFT)

The Educational Service Centers Risk Funding Trust (ESCRFT) is an insurance risk pool formed under Indiana Code 21-10-2-1 to provide property, casualty, and workers compensation insurance to its members. Launched on January 1, 2008 after 18 months of preparation, a total of 120 Indiana public school corporations and educational service centers have made a financial contribution to assist in the formation of ESCRFT.

Program Administrator

Gallagher, based in Carmel, Indiana, is immediately available to ESCRFT members and has set a high standard for responsiveness since ESCRFT’s inception. More information is available at www.ajg.com.

Claims Administrator

JWF Specialty Company, Inc., based in Indianapolis, serves as ESCRFT’s claims administrator. JWF Specialty provided a custom-designed program for ESCRFT that includes early intervention, thorough investigation, and continuous communication.
