Peer Observations

Teachers observing teachers in the classroom can be one of the most powerful ways of improving instruction and ultimately learner outcomes. In this video, administrators and teachers at Bedford Middle School talk about how this program came about in their school and how it works. In addition, they have shared some of their resources to help facilitate this program.
