Join SIEC for a collective brainstorming and strategy session focused on the Indiana Lifelong Learning Projects, Inc. Opportunity to Learn Project, supported by Lilly Endowment Inc.
This significant funding opportunity allows eligible districts to address non-academic barriers affecting students’ academic success. Depending on enrollment, districts may request $50,000 to $75,000 for planning, followed by the opportunity to apply for a Competitive Grant ranging from $600,000 to $2 million.
During this session, district leaders will:
Review the grant’s purpose and key requirements
Identify significant student and district needs
Generate possible solutions and approaches
Explore opportunities for partnerships or collaborative submissions
Learn how SIEC can support planning, partnership development, and regional collaboration
Participants may leave with ideas for their own district’s Planning Grant or discover shared needs that could lead to a stronger collaborative approach. SIEC will also share relevant lessons from our INCAP work.
This is an exploratory session only. Participation does not commit your district to applying, partnering, or pursuing a particular idea. Our purpose is to create space for collective problem-solving and help districts make the most of this opportunity.
