SIEC Educator Pathway Collaborative

Join us for a hands-on collaborative designed to support districts in developing and strengthening educator pathways and youth apprenticeship opportunities. This session is perfect for Ed Professions teachers, secondary principals, WBL coordinators, and curriculum directors who are focused on fostering the next generation of educators.

Key topics will include:

• Strategies for building robust Educator Pathways that align with Indiana’s Diploma Plus Seal and meet the new diploma requirements.

• Insights into work-based learning (WBL) levels, including resources and ideas for Level 1-4 experiences.

• Curriculum development support and innovative approaches to embedding WBL into educator pathways.

• Exploring the Educator Youth Apprenticeship model, with real-world examples and practical resources.

Whether you’re just starting to implement an educator pathway or looking to expand current WBL opportunities, this session will equip you with the tools, ideas, and connections to empower students and support your district's goals.
