 his is what Abe's home would have looked liked if it was still standing. He lived in a house just like this one for fourteen years. He moved to Indiana when he was seven years old. The little shed behind the house is a smokehouse for meat. Look at the shingles on the roof of this cabin. The next two pictures show our guide explaining to us how those shingles were made.
