Joan Goble, third grade teacher at Cannelton Elementary School in Cannelton, Indiana was one of 200 USA teachers chosen this spring for the prestigious Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher Program. In June, 2003 these teachers were flown to Japan for a three week study tour.
