Media Club Attends
International Student
Media Festival in
Louisville, Kentucky!
Here is CES Media Club in Louisville, KY.
There were MANY painted horses like this
all around downtown Louisville.
The Cannelton Elementary Media
Club attended the 2009
ISMF - International Student Media Festival Oct. 30-31. Their
latest website,
Abraham Lincoln - A Journey to Greatness,
has earned
an
Excellence in Media Production, as well as a
BEST OF FESTIVAL award at the
International Student
Media Festival judging! They attended the festival to
receive their awards and to celebrate by taking a
riverboat ride on the Spirit of Jefferson!

Something else special happened
while we were there!
Mrs. Goble won an ISMF award also!
She won the Connelly Award,
given to one teacher
each year who
is judged to have demonstrated the power
of
student-produced media. The individual should have a record
of performance in utilizing student-produced media across
a variety of disciplines.
