Collective Purpose:

2) To systematically grow the coaching/facilitation ability of teachers & principals 

3) Improve instructional leadership 

4) to create a sustained improvement of instructional best practice

5) to foster the growth of professional relationships between school administrators and their teachers - to ultimately foster the growth of learning communities in our region.
